Project History:Forest River Office Park, Boise, IdahoA campus of four Class A office buildings providing 195,000 square feet of professional office space along the Boise River. Started in 1986 Forest River is still owned and managed by the Hormaechea family.
Brookwood, Eagle, IdahoA 220-acre master planned residential community that includes 370 single-family homes and over 50 acres of preserved open space. Started in 1999 the project reached build out in 2006 over 10 phases.
The Cottages at Spring Mountain Ranch, McCall, IdahoA cluster of 33 cabins set along the McCall Municipal Golf Course within Spring Mountain Ranch, the first planned unit development in McCall. Construction began in 1996 and achieved full build out in 2001.
Alpine Village, McCall, IdahoAlpine Village is a mixed use retail and residential village in downtown McCall comprising of 100 residential condominiums and approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at completion. Phase One—the Firetower Building—welcomed its first owners and tenants in July of 2009.
Whitetail Club and Shore Lodge, McCall, IdahoIn August of 2008 the family partnered in the acquisition of Whitetail Club & Resort. The partnership has been involved in the return of the iconic Shore Lodge name and the re-positioning of the Whitetail private golf club community. The family left the Shore Lodge/Whitetail partnership in April 2010.
