The Barley Brothers Winter Ale Festival
The Barley Bros. Winter Ale Festival, featuring strong ales, stouts, porters and Winter beers from all over the world. Also, this year’s event will include an outdoor night disco, ice bars, live bands, kids’ area, bonfires and tons of other games and contests.
Friday, February 3rd:Outdoor Ice Disco - live bands, DJ music, games and contests, a kids' area, bonfire, local wines, and beer from Salmon River Brewery and McCall Brewing Company.
Saturday February 4th:Winter Ale Festival - From noon to 9pm the taps will open to more than 100 strong ales, porters, stouts and seasonal beers. Cost is $20 per person and tickets may be purchased in advance at the following locations:

Popular instructor and chef extraordinaire Corinne Lewis returns to Cabin Fever 2012 with a variety of new one-night offerings that work around her busy international travel schedule. The idea for this class was born during Cabin Fever 2011 and will explore the many wonderful dishes that feature the simple but classic egg. Gain a new respect for this kitchen staple through a fun exploration of soufflés, quiches, and more. Optional wine accompaniments will be suggested prior to class. Join international chef, cookbook author, and director of food services for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Corinne Lewis, for an exotic exploration of Thai cuisine. This fun and interactive class will introduce students to classic Thai ingredients and cooking styles.
